As the name of this website might suggest, this blog is mostly aimed at those of us who have celebrated forty or more orbits of the sun. If you are new to the sport of triathlon or are thinking of taking it up at this point in life then even better.
All articles will of course be written by me- a man whose motivation and desire to achieve far outweighs his very average gifts when it comes to the genetic lottery.
There will be ups and downs I am sure, but you are never too old to embrace new challenges and mixing it up in the triathlon world sure seems like a good one for now. I look forward to sharing the journey with you.
